Winter means warmth and the comforting aroma of traditional pithas.
On 17 January 2026, the 2 Takay Pitha Festival was successfully held for the second consecutive year, organized by the Uttara Town College Team of 2 Takay Upohar at Hazrat Abu Huraira (R) Madrasa, Brindaban, Uttara, Dhaka-1230. The program started with engaging games for children, creating a joyful and lively atmosphere. Small gifts were distributed afterwards, adding to their excitement. Nearly 45 underprivileged children took part in this initiative, sharing the warmth and happiness of the winter season.
