Our Story
Founded on May 26, 2020, 2 Takay Upohar is a non-profit initiative created with a simple yet powerful vision — to stand beside underprivileged and neglected communities with dignity and respect.
Introduction to 2 Takay Upohar
Our approach is unique. Each member contributes only 2 BDT per day (60 BDT monthly). The collected funds are used to purchase essential goods. At the beginning of every month, these goods are delivered as “gifts” to families in need.
To ensure dignity, recipients contribute 2 BDT per item received. This way, support is offered not as charity, but as a fair exchange, protecting their self-respect while still meeting their needs.
Our Mission
At 2 Takay Upohar, our mission is to transform small contributions into big impacts. With as little as 2 BDT a day, we aim to provide relief, dignity, and opportunities for self-reliance to underprivileged communities. We work to ensure that every act of kindness reaches the right people, at the right time.
